Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in cardiac monitoring and interpretation
• Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Knowledge of IV therapy, medication administration, and wound care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and family communication
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
