Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to critically ill cardiac surgery patients in a high-acuity CTICU/CVICU setting
- Monitor and manage advanced life-support devices including IABP, ECMO, and CRRT
- Collaborate with intensivists and the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Float to other ICUs and Telemetry units as needed, adapting quickly to diverse patient populations
- Perform bedside procedures and support complex interventions such as bronchoscopies and Swan-Ganz catheter placements
- Maintain strict sterile technique during Foley catheter insertions and central line dressing changes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience with Level I Trauma background
- CVICU experience strongly preferred
- CCRN certification a plus
- Strong IV skills and comfort with high-acuity cardiac patients
