Shift Type: Self-scheduling with 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule, rotating day and night shifts
Hours per Week: 36

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert critical care to trauma, neuro, and cardiac ICU patients
- Titrate life-saving medications including vasopressors, sedatives, and cardiac drips
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using GE telemetry equipment
- Collaborate with intensivists and respiratory therapists for 24/7 patient care
- Float between surgical, medical, and cardiac ICUs to support team needs
- Deliver compassionate care to patients recovering from complex surgeries and trauma
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience with at least 2 years in ICU
- Experience with neuro or cardiovascular patients preferred
- Ability to pass UNA Dysrhythmia Exam and Sim Lab on Day 1
Knowledge & Skills
- Drip titration and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Ventilator management with Draeger, Hamilton, and Puritan Bennett equipment
- Trauma, neuro, and cardiac ICU patient care
- Critical thinking and rapid response in high-acuity settings
