Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical moments
Quickly assess and stabilize patients arriving with urgent needs
Collaborate with a dynamic ER team to provide top-notch treatment
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
Educate patients and families during high-pressure situations

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking in fast-paced environments

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
Proficiency with ER equipment and protocols
Excellent communication under pressure
Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
