Location: Garden City, KS

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and expertise
- Mentor nursing staff while building a positive, collaborative culture
- Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside support for cardiac and vascular cases
- Manage vasoactive drips, moderate sedation, and critical care interventions
- Ensure high-quality patient care across cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical populations
- Float and provide helping hands to support other departments as needed
- Read and monitor telemetry strips while guiding staff competency development
Qualifications
- Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
- 1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
- Fluoro license preferred for technical staff support
- Strong critical care and telemetry experience required
- Experience with vasoactive drips and moderate sedation
