Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments to residents, helping them regain strength and independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans that make a real difference
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for long-term success
- Maintain accurate documentation to support high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment
Qualifications
- Active PTA license in good standing
- Any experience level welcome, including new grads
- Passionate about helping seniors thrive in a retirement community setting
