Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, making a real difference in their lives
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch patient safety
- Support activities of daily living with a warm, caring approach
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- Current state license required
- Compassionate heart and reliable work ethic
- Experience in long-term care a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care fundamentals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy and patience with diverse residents
