Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
- Design personalized treatment plans that make real differences in mobility and strength
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess progress and adjust therapies to celebrate every milestone
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current state licensure for Maryland
- BLS certification preferred
- Passionate about helping patients regain independence
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
- Strong patient assessment and care planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and motivate
- Proficiency with rehab equipment and modalities
