Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives

- Document care accurately to ensure continuity and quality
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced long-term care environment
Education
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in medication administration
