Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts (mainly nights but may flex to days), every other weekend, no call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Master sterile technique in OR suites for seamless C-sections
Assist and attend vaginal deliveries by setting up tables and breaking down equipment
Stock essential supplies for LDRP and OR suites to keep things running smoothly
Perform daily unit checks to ensure top-notch readiness
Jump into emergencies and urgent situations with confidence
Support the team with clerical tasks like answering phones and doors

Qualifications

Active WA license required at submission
BLS (AHA) certification
2 years of experience
C-section experience is a must

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in OB Tech and Operating Room procedures
Sterile technique proficiency
Familiarity with LDRP unit operations
EPIC charting experience a plus
