Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients in mental health settings, making a real difference in their lives
Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and patient assessments to ensure smooth operations
Manage patient records and documentation with precision and empathy
Support therapeutic activities and interventions that promote mental wellness
Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide top-notch care in a correctional facility

Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant certification or equivalent licensure
Experience in mental health or outpatient settings is a plus
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Education

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in clinical procedures and vital signs monitoring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust
Knowledge of mental health support practices and patient safety protocols
Organizational skills to handle documentation and scheduling seamlessly
