Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses that impact strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function
• Design individualized treatment plans that help patients reach their highest possible level of function
• Apply therapeutic exercise, modalities, and functional activities to drive meaningful progress
• Assess range of motion, strength, and endurance to guide clinical decisions
• Educate patients and families on home programs and long-term mobility strategies
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow rehab professionals to coordinate care
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes clearly and accurately
• Adjust treatment approaches as patients improve, always keeping their goals front and center

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required, Master's Degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Current and valid Physical Therapy practice license from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions
• Clinical experience with orthopedic, neurological, and complex-medical patient populations is a plus
• A genuine passion for helping patients regain function and confidence
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Education
