Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and competent nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed while following facility protocols
• Monitor vital signs, observe patient conditions, and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, and comfort measures
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive and healing environment
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and healthy habits

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of LVN experience in a medical, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting preferred
• Comfortable working Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
• Authorized to work in the United States
