Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to cardiac and stepdown patients across a dynamic float assignment
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, telemetry and hemodynamic status to catch changes early
• Administer medications, titrate drips and manage complex patient loads with confidence
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and fellow nurses to build and adjust individualized care plans
• Float across units and adapt quickly, bringing your skills wherever the need is greatest
• Document accurately in EPIC so every detail of the patient story stays clear and complete
• Educate patients and families, easing anxiety and empowering them through recovery
• Respond calmly and decisively to emergencies and rapid changes in condition

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
• At least 2 years of cardiac or stepdown nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Comfortable floating between units and adapting to new teams
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• BSN not required, so your ADN is absolutely welcome here
