Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional bedside care to cardiac and stepdown patients with compassion and clinical confidence
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, escalating changes quickly to keep patients safe
• Float across stepdown and cardiac units, bringing your adaptability and expertise wherever the need is greatest
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and fellow nurses to build and adjust individualized care plans
• Administer medications, titrate drips and manage complex lines with precision
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in EPIC
• Educate patients and families so they feel informed, empowered and supported

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of cardiac or stepdown nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Comfort and confidence floating between units
• EPIC charting experience is a big plus
• BSN not required, so your ADN is absolutely welcome here
