Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome young patients and their families with a warm, reassuring smile
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments so every visit runs smoothly
• Assist the dentist chairside during exams, cleanings, and restorative procedures
• Capture dental radiographs and keep accurate patient records
• Help little ones feel calm and comfortable throughout their appointment
• Keep supplies stocked and treatment areas organized and spotless

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant credentials for the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR and BLS certification
• Radiology or radiograph certification as required by the state
• Prior chairside experience, pediatric dental experience is a wonderful plus
• A patient, kid-friendly approach and great communication skills
• Ability to commit to the posted shift and arrive ready to make a difference

• Four-handed dentistry techniques
• Dental radiography and digital charting
• Infection control and sterilization best practices
• Electronic health record and scheduling software familiarity
• Child behavior guidance and a calm, comforting chairside manner
• Teamwork, dependability, and strong time management
