Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret evaluations to develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Administer manual exercises, instruct and encourage patients in performing functional activities and using assistive devices
• Provide physical therapy treatments including massages, traction, hydrotherapy, and ultrasound
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and recommend modifications as needed
• Design home exercise programs and educate patients, families, and caregivers for continuity of care
• Document patient care thoroughly and maintain confidentiality
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection-control protocols
• Stay current with professional knowledge through workshops and publications

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License issued by the State of Colorado
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively with patients from pediatric to geriatric

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of principles and methods for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical dysfunctions
• Understanding of human behavior, performance, and individual differences
• Strong customer service and patient assessment skills
• Proficiency in English language and grammar
• Ability to develop and conduct training programs
