Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to restore function and mobility
Develop individualized care plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
