Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Night shift
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment following infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state equivalent)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in medication administration and patient assessment
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
