Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations to design personalized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home programs, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with the care team to integrate therapy into the patient's overall recovery journey
- Supervise therapy aides, assistants, and students to ensure high-quality care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Iowa (must be currently active)
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited program with a certificate, master's, or doctoral degree in physical therapy
- Current BLS/BCLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited college or university with a certificate, master's degree, or doctorate in physical therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and modality application
- Basic computer skills and comfort with EMR systems (Point Click preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulatory environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Sensitivity to confidential patient information
