Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift (no weekends or holidays)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EPIC EHR

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Michigan
BLS certification required
EPIC experience preferred
Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Specialty Specific Competency Testing
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and evidence-based practice
Proficient in patient assessment and clinical reasoning
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
EPIC electronic health record proficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
