Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in residents
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Minimum of 0 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Assessment techniques for speech and language disorders
• Therapeutic intervention strategies
• Documentation and electronic health record proficiency
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Patient education
