Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to pediatric patients
• Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a comfortable, positive experience

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Maryland
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledgeable in pediatric dental care and behavior management
• Excellent patient education skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
