Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiac patients including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P cases
Manage cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors with confidence
Float seamlessly to PCU, IMCU, and telemetry beds, adapting to diverse acuity levels
Maintain 1:3-4 patient ratios while ensuring top-notch safety and outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to make a real difference every shift

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of PCU experience in a similar-sized facility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Ready for a float pool role with minimal RTO

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring
Strong assessment skills for progressive care units
Adaptability across PCU, IMCU, and lower acuity settings
Comfortable with 1:3-4 patient ratios in fast-paced environments
