Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the oral surgeon during wisdom tooth extractions and other surgical procedures
• Monitor and record patient vital signs including blood pressure and pulse oximetry
• Administer nitrous oxide and assist with IV sedation under the direction of the surgeon
• Take and process panoramic X-rays to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
• Prepare the operatory, sterilize instruments, and ensure a safe, organized environment
• Provide compassionate patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures

Qualifications

• Experience taking vital signs such as blood pressure and pulse oximetry
• Knowledge of nitrous oxide and IV sedation protocols
• Ability to take panoramic X-rays
• Experience assisting with wisdom tooth surgery
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
