Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental hygiene care to patients during their scheduled appointments
• Perform professional dental cleanings and polishings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Document patient care accurately and completely

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a dental office setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping
• Strong attention to detail
• Compassionate patient care approach
• Ability to manage time effectively
