Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists in delivering exceptional patient care
• Operate and maintain the GBT machine for guided biofilm therapy
• Efficiently manage two treatment columns to maximize patient flow
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Provide patients with a comfortable and positive experience
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or completion of an accredited dental assisting program
• Previous experience with GBT machine is a plus
• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of dental assisting and hygiene workflows
• Proficiency with GBT machine and dental software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail in sterilization and infection control
• Time management and multitasking abilities to handle two columns
