Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental cleanings and oral health assessments to patients
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
• Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate dental records
• Assist dentists during procedures to ensure a smooth workflow
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to protect patient smiles

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
• Proficiency in taking dental radiographs
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental team members
