Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals, helping them achieve their highest level of independence.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that evolve with each patient's progress.
• Document services accurately and timely to support continuity of care and compliance.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to provide holistic support.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD) ready to make a difference.
• Active Wyoming state OT license or the ability to obtain one before start.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
• A compassionate heart and a collaborative spirit.

Education

• Master's degree (MOT) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in occupational therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Skillful in patient evaluation and treatment planning.
• Effective clinical documentation practices.
• Ability to supervise and guide COTAs.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and safety standards.
