Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Tacoma, Washington
Start Date: 06-07-2026
End Date: 09-06-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional weekends, holidays, and limited call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures that directly impact patient care
- Start IVs and operate advanced GE and Phillips imaging equipment with confidence
- Collaborate with an in-house radiologist and ARNPs to deliver accurate diagnostic results
- Complete an average of 12 studies daily while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Document thoroughly using EPIC and McKesson PACS systems to support seamless patient care
Qualifications
- ARRT-N or NMTCB certification
- Active Washington state license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
- Comfortable starting IVs and working with multiple imaging modalities
Knowledge & Skills
- Stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
- IV starts and patient preparation
- EPIC EMR and McKesson/CVPACS systems
- GE and Phillips nuclear medicine equipment
- Professional communication and attention to detail
