Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, day shift schedule with no weekends, holidays, or call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging studies using state-of-the-art GE equipment
- Deliver compassionate patient care while following strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging
- Maintain compliance with fingernail policy and radiation safety standards
- Document procedures thoroughly in Epic EMR and McKesson PACS systems
- Adapt to varied imaging needs while maintaining a positive, flexible attitude
Qualifications
- ARRT (NM) or CNMT certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license for radius verification
- ARRT RT(R), ARRT (CT), or ARRT (MR) certifications are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with GE Discovery 630 Dual Head and GE PET 8 scanners
- Experience with Epic EMR and McKesson PACS
- Understanding of radiation safety and badge protocols
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Flexibility to learn and support colleagues across modalities
