Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide full-time clinical care in outpatient clinic, the operating room, and deliveries at a Level II NICU site
• Lead program development and strategic expansion for the Women’s Health service line on Cincinnati’s east side
• Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster clinical excellence and teamwork
• Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and coordinate MFM support with the University of Cincinnati
• Allocate and protect administrative time for leadership, strategy, and program growth
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation to support continuous patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience required
• Experience in deliveries, surgery, outpatient clinic practice, and program leadership
• Track record of mentoring physicians and advanced practice providers
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive quality improvement
• Comfort working within a faith-based health system and aligning with organizational values
• Not accepting Locum candidates
• Not accepting 1099 engagements
• Not accepting J1 or H1B visa support

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical obstetrics and gynecology with strong surgical and delivery skills
• Program leadership and strategic/administrative planning
• Clinical mentoring and team development
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including certified nurse-midwives and MFM
• Quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Experience with program development and strategic expansion
• Ability to manage call coverage responsibilities effectively
