Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, or 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM with cycle scheduling, every other weekend and holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a supportive long-term care setting
- Administer medications and monitor health changes with attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with the care team to support residents living with CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and diabetes
- Build meaningful relationships in a home-like environment where teamwork thrives
- Document care accurately using PointClickCare EMR
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in Minnesota
- Current BLS certification
- Strong work ethic and commitment to resident-centered care
- Ability to work every other weekend and holiday
Knowledge & Skills
- PointClickCare EMR experience
- Understanding of common long-term care diagnoses including CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and diabetes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Comfort providing care with minimal IV involvement
