Location: Crescent City, CA

Start Date: 08-24-2026

End Date: 02-28-2027

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Thursday-Monday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (evening shift, 30-min meal break)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient condition changes
Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility
Document patient care accurately and timely
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active LVN license in California
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
At least 1 year of recent LVN experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Team collaboration and adaptability
Compassionate and patient-centered care
