Shift Type: Sunday-Tuesday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care under nursing supervision
- Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the clinical team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Document care accurately and collaborate with the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
- Completion of COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
- BLS certification is a plus
- Previous experience in rehab or skilled nursing preferred but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Basic medical terminology understanding
- Physical ability to assist with patient mobility
