Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain independence
Assess patient abilities and progress through fun, engaging activities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercises
Document patient progress with precision and a touch of creativity
Bring positive energy and clinical expertise to every session

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain before start)
Graduate of an accredited OT program
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Willingness to jump right in and make a difference

Education

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Comfortable with electronic documentation systems
Ability to adapt treatment approaches for diverse patient populations
Time management and organizational savvy
