Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care that makes a real difference in daily lives
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes
• Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and care needs

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in New Mexico or compact state
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and documentation
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records
