Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate LPN care to patients
• Assist with patient assessments and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision
• Document patient data accurately in charting systems
• Collaborate with RN and physicians to develop care plans
• Maintain sterile technique during procedures
• Support patient families with education and emotional support

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid Pennsylvania license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
