Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Administer medications and document patient responses accurately and promptly
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to support care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely charting to support continuity of care
• Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and empathy

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Recent clinical experience as an LPN preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable and patient-focused
• Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings

Education

• Completed Practical Nursing program or equivalent (LPN diploma/certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medication administration
• Familiarity with charting and electronic health record documentation
• Skill in taking and interpreting vital signs and patient assessments
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during shift work
• Compassionate patient interaction and clear clinical communication
