Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients across various settings
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Assess patient conditions and document vital signs and progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration
