Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses
• Document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in the state of Georgia
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Previous LPN experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
• A passion for making a difference in patients' lives

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in medication administration and patient monitoring
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate approach to patient-centered care
