Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxes to patients
• Assess oral health and document findings accurately
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality care

Education

• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instrumentation and sterilization protocols
• Proficiency in patient charting and record-keeping
• Familiarity with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
