Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status
• Administer medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families during critical illness
• Document patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• ICU or critical care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of critical care nursing principles and practices
• Proficiency in electronic health records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
