Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Take and develop dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene habits and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain a sterile, organized, and safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Gentle chairside manner and strong patient communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice
• Open to working an evening shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, scaling, and polishing techniques
• Proficiency in taking and interpreting dental radiographs
• Excellent verbal communication and patient education skills
• Attention to detail and precision in clinical documentation
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control standards
