Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform cleanings, examinations, and preventive treatments
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and care
• Assist dentists during procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in dental hygiene practice preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency in dental software and record keeping
• Skilled in patient education and oral health promotion
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
