Location: Lanham, Maryland
Start Date: 07-01-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (hours may vary)
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to geriatric patients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
- Document patient care accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
- Valid CPR certification
- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Compassion and empathy for elderly patients
- Good communication and documentation skills
