Location: Breckenridge, Minnesota

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 24 hours on, 24 hours on call (10 minutes response), 24 on, 24 on call, 96 hours off. This may change but would be communicated a minimum of 30 days before any schedule change. Weekend and holiday requirements as per schedule rotation.

Hours per Week: 48

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provides professional and compassionate care to patients of all ages
Individualizes patient care to accurately reflect current patient needs
Performs patient assessments and takes appropriate action according to treatment guidelines
Administers medications utilizing the 5 Rights and according to standard operating procedures
Coordinates patient care with ancillary departments involved in direct or indirect patient care

Qualifications

Active Paramedic License
NREMT-P certification
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Minnesota license required
ND license or compact license with proof of 'privilege to practice' preferred

Education

Paramedic training program

Knowledge & Skills

ALS level of care
Patient assessment
Medication administration
Documentation
Intubation experience preferred
