Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care techniques
- Assist with patient assessments and document oral health conditions
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to providing compassionate patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
- Skilled in patient education and oral health promotion
- Proficient with dental software and charting
- Strong attention to detail and infection control standards
