Shift Type: Per Diem, 12.5-hour shifts as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate respiratory care to pediatric patients
- Assess and monitor respiratory status, adjusting treatments as needed
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and airway clearance techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and home care
- Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT)
- Current BLS certification (ACLS or PALS preferred)
- At least 1 year of recent respiratory therapy experience
- Pediatric or hospital-based experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of respiratory modalities and ventilator management
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Comfortable using electronic health records
- Ability to work independently as a per diem provider
