Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living is a plus
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety protocols
• Skill in monitoring and documenting vital signs
• Understanding of infection control and prevention practices
• Ability to safely lift and transfer patients
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
